Fire Prevention Week is October 9th-15th, Sep 27, 2016

Fire Prevention Week is October 9th-15th this year, and once again we will be hosting Teton County 2nd grade students.  This year Victor Elementary and Teton Valley Community School will be at Station 2 in Victor, while Driggs Elementary, Tetonia Elementary and The Learning Academy will be at Station 1 in Driggs. Engine-10 will visit the Alta school with the Jackson Hole Fire Marshal.

We have put together a short program this year and this year’s topic from the N.F.P.A. is Don’t Wait Check the Date. We will be handing out public education material, handouts and gifts for distribution to the students at the presentations.

An infographic about replacing smoke alarms every 10 years, with check the date reminders and instructions.
